*41  Observed container of vanilla and container of garlic cloves to be stored next to cleaners on bottom shelf across from 3 bay. Provide for chemicals to be stored separately from foods 750.1310. Immediate/Onsite
Observed the following foods improperly stored: 1. Bin of taco bowls crispy tortillas on top shelf in kitchen uncovered. 2. Tortilla boxes on floor in kitchen. 3. Bag of beens on floor in basement. 4. Lemons stored in bar cooler with napkin. Provide for foods to be stored up off the floor at least 6" and covered with plastic wrap/lid to prevent contamination 750.130. Next Inspection
10  Observed ice scoop handle in ice at pop machine in wait station. Provide for handle of ice scoop to be stored clean and dry or in the food with the handle up and out 750.280. *Ice scoop was put up and out. Immediate/Onsite
